LLVM 22

I am ready to update LLVM family to 22. Along with it, these packages will be updated:

- devel/ccls
- devel/include-what-you-use
- devel/py-llvm
- devel/woboq_codebrowser
- math/py-numba
- lang/zig
- parallel/pocl
- parallel/spirv-llvm-translator

I've run bulk-test-llvm. I wasn't able to build

- seamonkey, because it doesn't build on ARM64, and this is what I use
- thunderbird, because it filled up my whole virtual hard-drive (32 GB)

but I don't suspect these will fail.

If no objection, I plan to do the update in a day or two.
