Anyway, that's true:

qemu-11.1.1               pending  Build file removed: ../../emulators/qemu/patches/patch-fsdev_file-op-9p.h

Although this file hasn't been deleted.  I don't understand
what's going on but it's been doing that roughly since qemu has
been upgraded to version 11.1.[01].
