[emulators/qemu] Deleted patch is still in distinfo

Hi,

In emulators/qemu, the patches/patch-hw_pci-host_q35.c file has
recently been deleted but it's still referenced in the distinfo
file:

% grep patch-fsdev_file-op-9p.h /usr/pkgsrc/emulators/qemu/distinfo
SHA1 (patch-fsdev_file-op-9p.h) = 1cf9f8602dca42b82f3d10e67c9bcd6aa971c7cc

That makes bob compile emulators/qemu every time it's run, which
is annoying.
