text relocations... graphics/ocaml-cairo won't build on 2026Q2

I get text relocation / write protected on a 32bit NetBSD/i386 system
running NetBSD 11.0_STABLE.  The 2026Q2 pkgsrc is from 2026-08-07 and
the system is from 2026-08-02.
