I don't use oracle-jdk packages (I use the openjdk versions), so I'm
not directly affected, but this seems a little aggressive retirement
given the Oracle "don't use jdk17 after XXX" date was two days ago,
and Oracle premium support runs for for another 18 months or so (which
matches the free versions of jdk7 from other vendors)
