It's not a bug that they are empty.  There simply are no recent builds.

Yeah, but doesn't this mean that at least some build servers not with us anymore?

I do not see those arches tracked at Release Engineering (pkgsrc) page, so I guess it might come as surprize to anyone who try NetBSD on those arches ....
