Builds on ftp.netbsd.org happen when either

  there is a TNF build server, run by TNF volunteers, or

  a TNF member does them on their own hardware

I am almost certain that there have never been TNF mips build servers.

Every quarter, either someone does builds, or nobody does, for any arch.

I personally would be surprised if binary package sets were available
for most retrocomputing architecures....
