I'm a bit hazy, but I think there was a buglet under mk/, fixed in
current but perhaps not not 2024Q4, about matching vs not multiversion
packages.

Check to see what is already installed.  Heed the advice about stale
work dirs - even if that's not the issue now, leaving them around will
cauase trouble.

You should be able to pkg_add it manually, clean all workdirs, and
restart the build, as a workaround.
