I built it in a chroot, I checked the work/.tools and .buildlink
directories and I didn't find
git, the new build was successful. In this chroot the git-base package
is installed.

After I made a new empty chroot, where there is no git-base package
installed, and
the build failed, as you noticed. I don't understand, however with
your added TOOL_DEPENDS
it works.

In the new empty chroot works for me, no cryptopp issues. Earlier I
had this problem, pkg-config
didn't find cryptopp, but this is fixed with
