says,  I did set 57,600 (bps) at Tranceiver side, because
Max number at Windows application (N1MM) was 57,600.
(And for the time being, I have no idea how to set this TRX side ;-).

And at File -> Setting -> Radio tab,

clicking "Test CAT" Button gets green with

Serial Port: /dev/dtyU0
 Baud Rate: 57600
---------------------- 
Others are as default
---------------------- 
Next hard step is audio related stuff.
