Unable to build graphics/lximage-qt since Jan 24 - cmake / libxcb.so error

Is anyone else able to build graphics/lximage-qt from pkgsrc-current on NetBSD-10?

I'm trying on a NetBSD-10.1_STABLE amd64 system, but it fails with

make[2]: make[2]: don't know how to make /usr/pkg/lib/libxcb.so. Stop

This is using native X11R7, so libxcb.so is in /usr/X11R7/lib/libxcb.so

I've tried removing /usr/pkg and rebuilding everything from scratch, but the error is still present
