Mutt and cy2-login &c

Hi, right now mutt's default building options include sasl, but no
common mechanisms like login or plain are installed as dependencies
so many users will install mutt and get a little confused with the
"no authenticators available" error when sending mail with smtp.

I think at least security/cy2-login and security/cy2-plain and even
security/cy2-anonymous would be a nice addition as dependencies in
the sasl option block.
