It's still broken on illumos.  9.10 fails due to the broken bootstrap:

I reverted back to the working bootstrap for 9.8, but that now breaks
due to patch issues:

Once 9.8 is fixed I can generate a working bootstrap for 9.10, or maybe 
I should just go back to 2024Q4 and use that one to bootstrap as it used 
to work fine?
