I have these two files downloaded

 emacs-30.0.91.tar.xz
 emacs-30.0.91.tar.xz.sig

is it possible to easily retarget pkgsrc/editors/emacs to unpack and
build that?

The pkgsrc tree I'd like to keep at the tagged quarterly release.
