NetBSD 8 binary packages no longer on ftp.netbsd.org

Building packages on NetBSD 8 has been increasingly troubled for some
time, as has been noted in branch announcements.  Today the formal
announcement was issued saying that NetBSD 8 is EOL.

Following our plan that packages for unmaintained operating systems are
not on ftp.netbsd.org, NetBSD 8 packages have been removed.  As SEE_ALSO
says, packages removed from ftp can usually be found at:

  https://archive.netbsd.org/pub/pkgsrc-archive/packages/


This doesn't mean that accomodations for building on 8 will be summarily
removed, but it does mean they may be lost if it becomes difficult to
keep them.
