py-wxWidgets 3?

Is anyone looking at py-wxWidgets version 3?  We have 2.8.12.0 which is
stuck on 27.

This is needed for chirp which moves from gtk2 to wxWidgets as part of
its strategy to move from python27.

I don't know if wxWidgets 3 is 3 only; we might need both.

finddepends says 4 packages (but chirp is almost ready to flip to 3)
plus 14 in wip.
