Not up to date and probably not worth the effort, but there's a derivative of LFS that shows how to build a system that uses busybox and musl. There's some steps that the user has to figure out him/herself, like picking a bootloader from upstream and figuring out how to set it up.

As far as I know there are no other distributions made for this
purpose or intent.
