As the usual objector to renaming, I think this is ok. We are supposed to have either one package, or all packages versioned, except for historical situations like this. I find misc/bbdb not being the canonical version confusing, and basically nobody should be using bbdb2 anyway, so a bit of churn on them seems better than confusing others.
