pkgin strangeness

Hi,

Can anyone suggest why I am getting the following:

# pkgin upgrade
calculating dependencies...done.
ghc-9.0.1nb5 (to be installed) conflicts with installed package ghc-9.0.1nb4.
proceed ? [y/N]

Is this not the point of pkgin upgrade, after all?

This is not the first occasion I am getting similar messages for this
and other packages.
