Isn't there a strong notion of either (U) just one unversioned package
or (V) all-versioned packages?  See [1] and [2].  The above list does
not seem to fit that.  I would think the choices are:

U) Rename net/iperf3 to net/iperf

V) Rename net/iperf to net/iperf2 and update to iperf2 continuation fork
