Hello,

Building lang/mozjs78 from the 2020Q4 release tree on RHEL 7 fails due to include/mozjs-78/mozilla/LinuxSignal.h being found but not in the PLIST file.

Adding that missing file allows lang/mozjs78 to install. Obviously, a cleaner solution is needed for inclusion in pkgsrc.

PS: My MUA insists on butchering the file name. The L and S should be capitalized.
