rdiff-backup

sysutils/rdiff-backup still uses Python 2.7 and is no longer
supported. There is a current version for Python 3.x at

I just installed it manually (using python37-3.7.6nb1 and
librsync-2.0.0nb3 from pkgsrc), and it seems to work fine. It would be
great if someone could add this to pkgsrc.
