problems with lang/go112

I've rebuilt my entire set of pkgs from today's pkgsrc, and I'm stuck
at lang/go112.  It seems to start just fine, but goes into a CPU loop
with two processes running "compile" - each process runs >99% of one
cpu core, but after 3 hours it still hasn't completed.

Any suggestions?

(This is in a amd64 NetBSD 9.99.21 build host.)
