devel/meson vs. devel/py-meson

Hi!

There are both devel/meson and devel/py-meson. Are these packages 
currently in transition (i.e. one will replace the other)? At the moment 
there are packages that include either of them, which leads to 
conflicts. Some info which package will stay and which will go would be 
nice.
