How can I clear WRKOBJDIR after each dependency has been installed?

Hi,

I have:   WRKOBJDIR= /home/oc/pkgsrc/work

Is it possible to tell bmake to clean the work directory each time
after a dependency has been installed and not at the end of the whole
build, as it happens by default?

I have limited cpu/memory resources and a slow disk, and I would like
to put WRKOBJDIR on tmpfs to speed things up.
