Wrong pkgsrc version number on the web site.

Hello,

I was going to update my installation of pkgsrc when I noticed that the wrong version number is used for the latest pkgsrc2019q2.

The "News" bar on the right of the web site indicates correctly that pkgsrc2019q2 is out.

The "Latest" link at http://pkgsrc.org/#index3h1 points to http://pkgsrc.org/news/2019Q1/ which is 2019Q1 (the link should be http://pkgsrc.org/news/2019Q2/ of course).

Perhaps this should be corrected?
