Thanks, but what was the command that was executed?
Also, can you run the following commands and share the output from

bmake show-var VARNAME=IS_BUILTIN.pthread

and

bmake show-var VARNAME=BUILDLINK_LIBS.pthread

Also what Linux distro are you using with which compiler (version info
for both are useful too).
