Yes, that's the one.  I applied the first part (+) of the patch, replaced
"x11-links" and "libgii" build successfully.

With that, "libggi" configuration completes and the package builds.

Now starting a followup round of 'pkg_rolling-replace' to pick up
packages that depended on libgii/libggi.
