I thought it was a problem only in the teTeX directory. There are no
compiled files there, so it would be harmless. But you're right, the
problem is in all of the packages. The pkgsrc work dir believes it has
already installed the package, but you deleted it "behind its back"
with pkg_delete.

'make reinstall' will probably work, but I'm not sure how to call that recursively.
