Running FF 38.0.5 from binary repos:
ftp://mirrorservice.org:21/sites/ftp.netbsd.org/pub/pkgsrc/packages/NetBSD/x86_64/7.0_RC1/All/

Never had a seg fault with this one.

I mentioned fonts because the OP thought this was the problem.
