How to submit patches ?

I have sent a first message about ntfs-3g with patches. This one is
visible on the pkgsc-users index page.

I have updated for the latest release of ntfs-3g, still with patches,
and this message sent twice did not appear on the pkgsrc-users index
page.

So the question : how to ?

And the corollary : why didn't the updated message with updated patches 
appear on the list?

Is sending a message about a package two or three consecutive days
considered spamming???
