I'd like to import/commit  following packages from wip to pkgsrc.
Please give me any comments, or make any corrections,

> mail/dk-milter       0.3.0 -> 1.0.2
> devel/SOPE	       2.2.5 -> 2.2.10 (taca@ will take care, I hope)
> pkgtools/revbump       2.9 -> 2.10 
> devel/fast-jar        0.93 -> 0.94
> time/dateutils       0.2.6 -> 0.3.1
> devel/idutils	      4.2nb3 -> 4.6

> sysutils/e2fsprogs 1.41.12 -> 1.42.12 (one patch is suspicious)
> cad/felt             3.0.5 -> 3.0.7   (no release info of 3.0.6 -> 3.0.7)

One More package
  emulators/bochs      2.6.2 -> 2.6.7
  		       patch-iodev_network_slirp_compat_cc is tested
		       only in NetBSD/amd64 7.99.1 (for now)
