Hello,

misc/rpm requires file magic.h, that is by default accessible in a full instalation of NetBSD, however it's missed by default in other systems like Linux (as long as -devel / -headers packages are missing).

SunOS port is pulling them just for its platform. Shouldn't be it pulled for every?

If so, please move the .include to a platform-independent part of the Makefile.
