That doesn't seem to have helped. I still have issues with the bootstrap
process hanging randomly, usually (though not always) during the install of
some file or another. This makes me wonder if some kind of deadlock (file
locking?) is occurring.
I've also seen a few cases where an 'env' process was left running.
Any other suggestions?

Is Interix (i.e., SUA) still a support pkgsrc platform? I'm trying to
bootstrap the latest stable pkgsrc on a Win 7 Ultimate 32-bit system and
seem to be having random hangs of the build process. I can Ctrl-C and get
back to a shell prompt, but then have to clean up and start over.
Any advice?
Thanks...
