Interix support?

Is Interix (i.e., SUA) still a support pkgsrc platform? I'm trying to bootstrap the latest stable pkgsrc on a Win 7 Ultimate 32-bit system and seem to be having random hangs of the build process. I can Ctrl-C and get back to a shell prompt, but then have to clean up and start over.

Any advice?
