pkgsrc-2012Q3 packages for illumos now available

Hi,

I'm pleased to announce that the binary package sets for pkgsrc-2012Q3
are now ready for illumos distributions (SmartOS, OpenIndiana, OmniOS
etc).

9,542 packages are available, which is short of the target of 10,000 I
set myself for this branch, however the removal of Ruby 1.9.2 took
away ~450 so we still grew :)
