Caution: versions 1.38-1.41 of src/usr.bin/m4/main.c in NetBSD contain
a lethal bug such that building this package will loop eating memory
and run you out of swap. This covers most of the 5.99 period and early
6.99; the bug was fixed in late April in version 1.42 and pulled up to
netbsd-6 in version 1.41.4.1.

I'm looking at adding a hack to inspect m4 and set PKG_FAIL_REASON if
one of these versions is found, but so far it's kind of messy.
