I think I was wrong ;-(

(1) mingw-w64-gcc would take care the whole thing.
    It would have all depends.
(2) No need for the meta package
(3) Should be updated to mingw-w64-v2.0
   http://sourceforge.net/projects/mingw-w64/files/mingw-w64/mingw-w64-release/
