pkg/45181 - groff/pdfroff using non-portable mktemp opts

Hi,

I just added the above PR with a patch. In summary, there's a patch to 
pdfroff that uses "mktemp" with the `-p' option, which seems to only be 
on Linux.

pkgsrc-users@ is listed as the maintainer, so this message is just a 
heads-up that the PR is out there, with a patch. If we could get this 
committed soon it would be great.
