pkgsrc mail lists/resources for Linux, OS X, Solaris etc

Is there any interest in having separate maillists for pkgsrc on non
NetBSD platforms?

Historically we've "supported" pkgsrc on non NetBSD platforms, but I
don't think we've done enough to encourage and assist non NetBSD
developers who are using pkgsrc on other platforms such as helping
them make binary packages generally available. I don't necessarily
think the lists need to be hosted @netbsd.org, though it might be nice
to link to 'pkgsrc on FOO-OS' pages which are managed by users running
build builds on those systems that mention the lists and other
resources.

I've been using pkgsrc on CentOS x86_64 in production for a while now,
and have been playing with it on OS X (for reference).

What do people think?
