How to handle API Bump of perl?

Hi.

lang/perl is bumped from 5.10.1 to 5.12.1, so I feel all perl related package 
must be rebuilt.
But how to do it?

When it was updated from 5.8.8 to 5.10.0, all package depend on perl was bumped 
PKGREVISION.
