Forcing MAKE_JOBS to 1

I've noticed that gnustep-oriented packages don't like MAKE_JOBS set to 
greater than 1.

Is there a way to turn that off in the package Makefile or somewhere in 
the mk/ files? I keep forgetting this detail and wasting time trying to 
figure out what's wrong.
