Freeze for pkgsrc-2009Q2 starts on Sunday June 14th

Folks,

Just a quick note that we're planning to freeze pkgsrc for new
functionality (in order to firm things up for the pkgsrc-2009Q2
branch) on Sunday June 14th.

We expect the freeze to last for around 14 days.
