devel/rt3 installed file list does not match upstream

I am looking to bump rt3 from 3.8.1 to 3.8.2 however I am coming across
some issues before I can even begin to patch PLIST:

Looks like Makefile.install overrides the upstream Makefile which drops 
some binaries an upstream installation should drop into sbin/:

rt-clean-sessions
rt-email-dashboards
rt-email-digest
rt-email-group-admin
rt-server
rt-shredder

Should I modify Makefile.install to add these (in addition to adding
them to PLIST)?
