hypermail requires en_US locale

Hi list

hypermail requires en_US locale for any English based language which 
does not exist on NetBSD.
Google shows a few programs reference this locale, and a simple fix is 
to alias it to en_US.ISO8859-1 in /usr/share/locale/locale.alias.

Or should we fix hypermail to use en_US.ISO8859-1 instead of en_US?
