I am not sure how it could haved same errors.

Please run and provide output of following:

cd pkgsrc/x11/xkbcomp

bmake show-depends

bmake show-var VARNAME=X11_TYPE

bmake show-var VARNAME=BUILDLINK_DEPENDS
