This breaks py-flake8 at run time due:

 pkg_resources.DistributionNotFound: The 'pyflakes<2.2.0,>=2.1.0' distribution was not found and is required by flake8

as required in flake8 setup.py.


Can you please look at it? (probably it would be better to downgrade it
to a version prior 2.2.0)
