description:
Apply upstream patch to fix self-tests on NetBSD 8 and 9, FreeBSD 12,
and OpenBSD 6.6. Self-tests continue to pass on macOS, Debian, and
Devuan. (Some test failures remain on CentOS and Tribblix.) Bump
PKGREVISION.
