boost: Revert -r1.74 in order to avoid PR pkg/53543

At least devel/boost-libs can fail due an `Argument list too long' due the use
of `+' in ${FIND}. Revert -r1.74 in order to use `\;' instead (and add a big XXX
comment regarding that).
