[pkgsrc/trunk]: pkgsrc/devel Add devel/wayland.

details: https://anonhg.NetBSD.org/pkgsrc/rev/b9771a7ba97a
branches: trunk
changeset: 399899:b9771a7ba97a
user: nia <nia%pkgsrc.org@localhost>
date: Sun Aug 18 16:05:11 2019 +0000

description:
Add devel/wayland.

Wayland is a protocol for a compositor to talk to its clients as
well as a C library implementation of that protocol.

Wayland is intended to be simpler replacement for the X window
system, easier to develop and maintain.
